Leadership and Organizational Development

In this course we covered differing perspectives on leadership and organizational development. Of particular interest were the concepts of emotional intelligence, effective communication and the importance of properly designing an organization. The most significant concept was that of creating a learning organization. The course was designed for educational leaders both formal, such as a Principal, and informal, such as a Teacher. Welcome Back is a case study that I worked on with two of my classmates and my final paper is about my thoughts with regards to implementing a learning organization.
